يكون للجنة أمانة فنية، يتولى رئاستها أحد أعضائها أو من غيرهم يختاره رئيس اللجنة،
وتتبعها الوحدات الآتية :
وحدة التوثيق والمعلومات .
وحدة الشئون المالية والإدارية .
وحدة التدريب والمنح التدريبية .
ويجوز للجنة استحداث وحدات أخرى للأمانة الفنية إذا تطلب الأمر ذلك .
