تتعاون الجهات القضائية والأمنية المصرية المعنية بمكافحة أنشطة وجرائم تهريب المهاجرين،
كل فى حدود اختصاصه وبالتنسيق فيما بينها، مع نظيرتها الأجنبية، من خلال تبادل المعلومات
والمساعدات وغير ذلك من صور التعاون القضائى أو المعلوماتى، وذلك كله وفقا لأحكام
الاتفاقيات الدولية الثنائية أو متعددة الأطراف النافذة فى جمهورية مصر العربية أو الاتفاقات
أو الترتيبات الثنائية أو وفقا لمبدأ المعاملة بالمثل .
