تسجل العلامة عن فئة أو نوعية واحدة أو أكثر من المنتجات التى ينتجها طالب التسجيل ، أو يعتزم إنتاجها وذلك وفقا للأوضاع والشروط التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
ويقتصر استخدامها على الفئة أو الفئات أو نوعية المنتجات المسجلة عنها .
وتسرى أحكام المادة (٩١) من هذا القانون على الفئات التى لم تستخدم فى شأنها العلامة بصفة جدية .
