يقدم طلب تسجيل العلامة إلى مصلحة التسجيل التجارى وفقا للأوضاع وبالشروط التى تقررها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ، وتحدد هذه اللائحة فئات الرسوم المستحقة على الطلب وسائر الإجراءات المتعلقة بالعلامة بما لا يجاوز فى مجموعه خمسة آلاف جنيه .
