يجب على المرخص له تطبيقا لأحكام المادة (١٩٦) من هذا القانون أن يلتزم بشروط الترخيص الإجبارى ، ولا يجوز له التنازل عنه للغير أو المساس بالحقوق الأخرى للمربى أثناء مدة الترخيص .
وينتهى هذا الترخيص بانتهاء المدة المحددة له ويلغى إذا خالف المرخص له لأى شرط من شروط الترخيص .
