لا يتأثر حق المربى بأى تدابير تتعلق بتنظيم إنتاج مواد الأصناف النباتية أو اعتمادها أو تسويقها، وكذا استيراد تلك المواد أو تصديرها.
وفى جميع الأحوال لا يجوز أن تخل التدابير المشار إليها فى الفقرة السابقة بتطبيق أحكام هذا القانون.
