يتمتع فنانو الأداء بحق مالى استئثارى فى مجال أدائهم ، على النحو المبين فى المادة ( ١٥٦ ) من هذا القانون وذلك لمدة خمسين سنة تبدأ من تاريخ الأداء أو التسجيل على حسب الأحوال .
