يجوز بقرار من السلطة المختصة نقل الموظف من وحدة إلى أخرى وذلك إذا كان النقل لا يفوت عليه دوره فى الترقية أو كان بناء على طلبه .
ويكون نقل شاغلى الوظائف القيادية إلى خارج الوحدة بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
ولا يجوز نقل الموظف من وظيفة إلى أخرى تقل فى مستواها عن مستوى وظيفته الأصلية .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية القواعد الخاصة بالنقل .
