(١) يكون للربان سلطة التوثيق على السفينة.
(٢) وتكون له على الأشخاص الموجودين على السفينة السلطات
التى يقتضيها حفظ النظام وأمن السفينة وسلامة الرحلة، وله توقيع
العقوبات التأديبية طبقا للقوانين الخاصة بذلك.
