(١) تسرى أحكام التشريعات الجنائية المصرية على الجرائم
التي ترتكب على كل سفينة ترفع علم جمهورية مصر العربية.
(٢) وتسرى فيما يتعلق بالمحافظة على النظام والتأديب في السفن
المذكورة في الفقرة السابقة أحكام القوانين الخاصة بذلك.
