(١) لا يجوز استئناف حكم مرسى المزاد إلا لعيب في
إجراءات المزايدة أو في شكل الحكم.
(٢) ويكون ميعاد الاستئناف خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ صدور
الحكم ولا يضاف إلى هذا الميعاد ميعاد مسافة.
