يجب على الراسي عليه المزاد أن يدفع خمس الثمن
فور رسو المزاد عليه على أن يودع باقي الثمن والمصروفات خزانة
المحكمة خلال سبعة أيام على الأكثر من تاريخ رسو المزاد وإلا أعيد
بيع السفينة على مسئوليته.
