Article 57 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) مع مراعاة أحكام الفقرة (١) من المادة ١٢
من هذا القانون إذا بيعت السفينة المرهونة بيعا اختياريا لأجنبي كان
البيع باطلا ما لم ينزل الدائن المرتهن في عقد البيع عن الرهن.
(٢) ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تجاوز ثلاثة
آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين البائع الذي يخالف حكم
الفقرة السابقة.
