إذا لم يتقدم أي دائن مرتهن بالطلب المذكور في المادة
السابقة فللحائز أن يطهر السفينة من الرهون بإيداع الثمن خزانة
المحكمة، وله في هذه الحالة أن يطلب شطب قيد الرهن دون اتباع
أي إجراءات أخرى.
