Article 43 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) الرهن المقرر على السفينة أو على حصة منها يبقى
على حطامها.
(٢) ولا يسري الرهن المقرر على السفينة على أجرة النقل
أو الإعانات أو المساعدات التى تمنحها الدولة أو أحد الأشخاص
الاعتبارية العامة أو مبالغ التعويضات المستحقة للمالك عن الأضرار
التى تلحق بالسفينة أو مقتضى عقود التأمين، ومع ذلك يجوز
الاتفاق في عقد الرهن صراحة على أن يستوفى الدائن حقه من مبلغ
التأمين بشرط قبول المؤمنين لذلك كتابة أو إعلانهم به.
