إذا كانت السفينة مملوكة على الشيوع جاز رهنها
بموافقة المالكين الحائزين لثلاثة أرباع الحصص على الأقل، فإذا لم
تتوافر هذه الأغلبية جاز رفع الأمر إلى المحكمة المختصة لتقضي بما يتفق
ومصلحة المالكين في الشيوع.
