يجوز رهن السفينة وهي في دور البناء، ويجب أن
يسبق قيد الرهن إقرار في مكتب التسجيل الواقع بدائرته محل بناء
السفينة يبين فيه هذا المحل وطول السفينة وأبعادها الأخرى وحمولتها
على وجه التقريب.
