Article 342 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يذكر في وثيقة التأمين على وجه الخصوص
البيانات الآتية:
(أ) تاريخ عقد التأمين مبينا باليوم والساعة.
(ب) مكان العقد.
(ج) اسم كل من المؤمن والمؤمن له وموطنه.
(د) الأموال المؤمن عليها.
(ه) الأخطار التي يشملها التأمين والأخطار المستثناة منه وزمانها ومكانها.
(و) مبلغ التأمين وقسطه.
(٢) ويجب أن يوقع المؤمن أو من ينوب عنه وثيقة التأمين.
