(١) لا يثبت عقد التأمين وكل ما يطرأ عليه من
تعديلات إلا بالكتابة.
(٢) وتكون الوثيقة المؤقتة التى يصدرها المؤمن ملزمة للطرفين
إلى أن تصدر الوثيقة النهائية.
