Article 335 of the Maritime Trade Law

إذا لم يرض جميع ذوي الشأن بالتسوية وجب
عرضها على المحكمة المختصة بناء على طلب أحدهم للتصديق عليها،
فإذا رفضت المحكمة التصديق على التسوية وجب أن تعين خبيرا
أو أكثر لإجراء تسوية جديدة.
