Article 334 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يقوم بتسوية الخسارات المشتركة خبير أو أكثر
يعينه ذوو الشأن فإذا لم يتفقوا يعينه قاضي الأمور الوقتية بالمحكمة التي
تقع في دائرتها آخر ميناء للتفريغ. أما إذا كان هذا الميناء موجودا
خارج جمهورية مصر العربية تكون الاختصاص للمحكمة التى يقع
في دائرتها ميناء تسجيل السفينة.
(٢) ويجوز للخبراء الاستعانة بغيرهم في تأدية مهمتهم.
