Article 302 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) تسري أحكام هذا الفصل على إنقاذ السفن
البحرية التي تكون في خطر وعلى الخدمات من النوع ذاته التى تؤدي
بين السفن البحرية ومراكب الملاحة الداخلية وذلك دون اعتبار للمياه
التي يحصل فيها الإنقاذ أو تقدم فيها الخدمة.
(٢) وتعد كل عائمة في حكم هذه المادة سفينة بحرية أو مركب
ملاحة داخلية بحسب الأحوال.
