Article 303 of the Maritime Trade Law

تسري الأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل، عدا
حكم الفقرة (٢) من المادة ٣١٥ من هذا القانون على السفن البحرية
ومراكب الملاحة الداخلية التى تخصصها الدولة أو أحد الأشخاص
العامة لخدمة عامة ولأغراض غير تجارية، فإذا كانت هذه السفن
أو المراكب مملوكة للدولة أو لشخص عام، فلا تسري عليها أحكام
المادة ٣٠٧ والفقرة (٢) من المادة ٣١٥ من هذا القانون.
