Article 248 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يثبت عقد نقل الأشخاص بالبحر ، بمحرر
يسمى «تذكرة السفر» ويذكر في تذكرة السفر على وجه الخصوص
(أ) اسم الناقل واسم المسافر.
(ب) بيان عن الرحلة.
(ج) اسم السفينة.
(د) ميناء القيام وتاريخه وميناء الوصول وتاريخه والموانئ
المتوسطة المعينة لرسو السفينة.
(ه) أجرة النقل.
(و) الدرجة ورقم الغرفة التي يشغلها المسافر أو مكانه في
السفينة.
(٢) ولا يجوز النزول عن تذكرة السفر إلى الغير إلا بموافقة
الناقل.
