في حالة الاتفاق على إحالة الدعاوى الناشئة عن
عقد نقل البضائع بالبحر إلى التحكيم يلتزم المحكمون بالفصل في النزاع
على مقتضى الأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون بشأن العقد
المذكور . ويقع باطلا كل اتفاق سابق على قيام النزاع يقضي بإعفاء
المحكمين من التقيد بهذه الأحكام.
