يجوز أن يستبدل بتذكرة السفر وثيقة أخرى يبين
فيها اسم الناقل والخدمات التى يلتزم بتأديتها ، وذلك إذا كانت
حمولة السفينة الكلية لا تزيد على عشرين طنا بحريا أو كانت السفينة
تقوم بخدمات داخل الميناء أو في مناطق محدودة تعينها السلطات
البحرية.
