ترفع الدعاوى الناشئة عن عقد نقل البضائع بالبحر
أمام المحكمة المختصة وفقا لأحكام قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية،
ويجوز أيضا حسب اختيار المدعى أن ترفع الدعاوى المذكورة إلى
المحكمة التى يقع في دائرتها ميناء الشحن أو ميناء التفريغ أو الميناء الذي
حجز فيه على السفينة ، ويقع باطلا كل اتفاق سابق على قيام النزاع
يقضي بسلب المدعى الحق في هذا الاختيار أو تقييده .
