Article 207 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) كل خطاب ضمان أو اتفاق يضمن بمقتضاه الشاحن
تعويض الناقل عن الأضرار التى تنتج عن إصدار سند شحن خال
من أي تحفظ على البيانات الواردة به، لا يحتج به قبل الغير الذي
لا يعلم وقت حصوله على السند بعدم صحة تلك البيانات.
(٢) ويعتبر المرسل إليه الذي صدر السند باسمه أو لأمره من
الغير في حكم هذه المادة إلا إذا كان هو الشاحن نفسه.
