Article 182 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يلتزم المستأجر بشحن البضائع وتفريغها في
المدد المتفق عليها في عقد الإيجار فإذا لم ينص في العقد على مدد
معينة وجب الرجوع إلى العرف.
(٢) ويتبع في حساب المدد وبدء سريانها العرف السائد في
الميناء الذي يجري فيه الشحن أو التفريغ فإذا لم يوجد عرف في هذا
الميناء اتبع العرف البحري العام.
