يذكر فى عقد إيجار السفينة بالرحلة:
(أ) اسم المؤجر واسم المستأجر وعنوان كل منهما.
(ب) اسم السفينة وجنسيتها وحمولتها وغيرها من الأوصاف
اللازمة لتعيينها.
(ج) نوع الحمولة ومقدارها وأوصافها.
(د) مكان الشحن ومكان التفريغ والمدة المتفق عليها لإجرائهما.
(ه) مقدار الأجرة أو طريقة حسابها.
(و) بيان الرحلات المتفق على القيام بها.
