Article 178 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يلتزم المستأجر عند انقضاء عقد الإيجار برد
السفينة فى الميناء الذى وضعت فيه تحت تصرفه إلا إذا اتفق على غير
ذلك.
(٢) وإذا انقضت مدة الإيجار أثناء السفر امتد العقد بحكم
القانون إلى نهاية الرحلة ، ويستحق المؤجر الأجرة المنصوص عليها
فى العقد عن الأيام الزائدة.
(٣) ولا تخفض الأجرة إذا ردت السفينة قبل انتهاء مدة الإيجار
إلا إذا اتفق على غير ذلك.
