يسترد المؤجر حقه في التصرف في السفينة إذا لم
يستوف الأجرة المستحقة خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ إعذار المستأجر ،
وفى هذه الحالة يلتزم المؤجر بنقل بضائع المستأجر المشحونة في السفينة
إلى ميناء الوصول مقابل أجرة المثل مع عدم الإخلال بحقه فى طلب
التعويض.
