Article 176 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) لا تستحق الأجرة إذا هلكت السفينة أو توقفت
بسبب قوة قاهرة أو بفعل المؤجر أو تابعيه .
(٢) وإذا انقطعت أنباء السفينة ثم ثبت هلاكها استحقت الأجرة
كاملة إلى تاريخ آخر نبأ عنها .
