يلتزم المؤجر بأن يضع السفينة تحت تصرف المستأجر
في الزمان والمكان المتفق عليهما ، وفي حالة صالحة للملاحة ومجهزة
بما يلزم لتنفيذ العمليات المنصوص عليها في عقد الإيجار ، كما يلتزم
بإبقاء السفينة على هذه الحالة طوال مدة العقد .
