Article 174 of the Maritime Trade Law

(١) يحتفظ المؤجر بالإدارة الملاحية للسفينة .
(٢) وتنقل الإدارة التجارية للسفينة إلى المستأجر ويتحمل نفقاتها
وعلى وجه الخصوص تزويد السفينة بالوقود والزيوت والشحوم
وأداء رسوم الموانئ والإرشاد وغير ذلك من المصروفات ، ويلتزم
الربان بتنفيذ تعليماته المتعلقة بهذه الإدارة .
