يذكر في عقد إيجار السفينة بالمدة:
(١) اسم المؤجر واسم المستأجر وعنوان كل منهما.
(ب) اسم السفينة وجنسيتها وحمولتها وغير هام من الأوصاف اللازمة
لتعيينها.
(ج) مقدار الأجرة أو طريقة حسابها.
(د) مدة الإيجار.
