إذا فصل البحار فلا يجوز للربان إلزامه بترك
السفينة إذا كان في ميناء أجنبي إلا بإذن كتابي من القنصل المصري
أو السلطة البحرية المحلية عند عدم وجوده، ويجب إثبات قرار الفصل
وتاريخه وأسبابه في دفتر السفينة وإلا اعتبر الفصل غير مشروع .
