Article 131 of the Maritime Trade Law

إذا توفي البحار بسبب الدفاع عن السفينة أو شخصها
أو عن المسافرين عليها استحق ورثته مبلغا يعادل أجر ثلاثة أشهر أو
يعادل أجر الرحلة إذا كان معينا بالرحلة وذلك فضلا عن التعويضات
والمكافآت التى يقررها هذا القانون وقوانين العمل والتأمينات
الاجتماعية .
