Article 130 of the Maritime Trade Law

إذا أبرم عقد العمل لمدة محددة وانتهت هذه المدة
أثناء الرحلة امتد العقد بحكم القانون حتى وصول السفينة إلى أول
ميناء مصرى . فإذا مرت السفينة قبل دخولها أحد الموانى المصرية
بالميناء الذي تجب إعادة البحار إليه وفقا لأحكام المادة ١٢٩ من هذا
القانون فلا يعتد بالعقد إلا إلى وقت رسو السفينة في هذا الميناء .
