على الربان خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة من وصول
السفينة إلى الميناء المقصود أو المكان الذي رست فيه اختيارا
أو اضطرارا أن يقدم دفتر الحوادث الرسمي للسفينة إلى الإدارة البحرية
المختصة للتأشير عليه، ويكون التأشير خارج جمهورية مصر العربية
من القنصل أو من السلطة المحلية المختصة عند عدم وجوده.
