إذا قام نزاع على سبب انتهاء الخدمة يصرف تعويض البطالة بنسبة ٣٠ ./. من الأجر الأخير لمدة أسبوعين يبدى خلالها مكتب علاقات العمل المختص رأيه في النزاع وفقا للإجراءات التي يبينها قرار من وزير التأمينات بالاتفاق مع وزير القوى العاملة .
ويصرف التعويض في ضوء النتيجة التي ينتهي إليها المكتب المذكور من ظاهر الأوراق ، متى توافرت باقي الشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا الباب .
