يجوز بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية بناء على اقتراح وزير التأمينات - وبعد الاتفاق مع وزير الصحة - أن يصدر قرارا بسريان أحكام هذا التأمين على زوج المؤمن عليه ومن يعولهم من أولاده ، ويبين هذا القرار شروط وأوضاع الانتفاع بهذا التأمين وتحديد نسبة الاشتراك .
