ينشأ صندوقان للتأمينات المنصوص عليها في المادة ( ١ ) على الوجه الآتي :
( ١ ) صندوق للتأمينات للعاملين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة والهيئات العامة .
( ٢ ) صندوق للتأمينات للعاملين بالمؤسسات العامة وبالوحدات الاقتصادية وبالقطاعين التعاوني والخاص .
ويتفرع عن كل من الصندوقين المذكورين حساب لكل نوع من أنواع التأمينات المشار إليها .
