لا يجوز تحويل احتياطي المعاش الذي يمنح وفقا لقوانين المعاشات الاستثنائية لغير المؤمن عليهم الخاضعين لأحكام هذا القانون أو القوانين التي حل محلها أو قانون التأمين والمعاشات للقوات المسلحة .
