إذا أعيد صاحب المعاش إلى عمل يخضعه لأحكام هذا التأمين يوقف صرف معاشه اعتبارا من أول الشهر التالي لتاريخ إعادته للعمل ، وذلك طوال مدة خضوعه لأحكامه .
ويعاد تقدير معاشه بعد انتهاء خدمته وفقا للمواد ( ١٩ أو ٢١ أو ٢٢ ) بحسب الأحوال باعتبار مدة خدمته متصلة وذلك مع مراعاة حكم المادة ( ٣٧ ) .
