مع مراعاة أحكام المادة (١٧١) تزاد المعاشات المستحقة لمن انتهت خدمتهم قبل ١٩٦٥/٧/١ المعاملين بأحكام القوانين أرقام : ٥ لسنة ١٩٠٩ و ٣٧ لسنة ١٩٢٩ و ٢٧ لسنة ١٩٥٤ و ٥٠ لسنة ١٩٦٣ و ٣٣ لسنة ١٩٦٤ المشار إليها بالمادة الثانية من قانون الإصدار والقانون رقم ٧١ لسنة ١٩٦٤ بشأن المعاشات الاستثنائية وكذلك المستحقين عنهم بنسبة ١٠ ٪ من المعاش دون أن يترتب على هذه الزيادة أي تعديل في إعانة غلاء المعيشة التي كانت تمنح لهم .
