استثناء من المادتين الثانية والسادسة من قانون الإصدار يستمر العمل بالبنود أرقام (١ و ٢ و ٣ ر ٣) من المادة (١٣) من قانون التأمين والمعاشات لموظفى الدولة ومستخدميها وعمالها المدنيين الصادر بالقانون رقم ٥٠ لسنة ١٩٦٣ و بالقانون رقم ١٩ لسنة ١٩٧٣ بتحديد سن التقاعد للعلماء خريجى الأزهر ومن في حكمهم بالمادة (٦) من القانون رقم ٦٣ لسنة ١٩٦٤ بإصدار قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية .
