تلتزم الجهة التي تؤدى أجر المؤمن عليه خلال مدد الاستدعاء والاستبقاء بحصة صاحب العمل في الاشتراكات ، كما تلتزم هذه الجهة بخصم حصة المؤمن عليه من أجره ، وتؤدى الحصتان للهيئة المختصة في المواعيد الدورية .
