يستحق صاحب معاش العجز الكامل المستديم والولد العاجز عن الكسب إعانة عجز
تقدر ب (٢٠٪) شهريا من قيمة ما يستحقه من معاش إذا قررت الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحى
أنه يحتاج إلى المعاونة الدائمة من شخص آخر للقيام بأعباء حياته اليومية .
ويقف صرف هذه الإعانة فى حالة الالتحاق بعمل ، أو زوال الحالة وفقا لما تقرره
الهيئة المشار إليها أو وفاته .
