ينظر مجلس الإدارة فى التظلمات من قرارات لجنة القيد
المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة على ألا يكون لأعضاء هذه اللجنة صوت
معدود فى قرار المجلس بقبول التظلم أو رفضه .
ولمن صدر قرار برفض تظلمه أن يطعن فيه أمام محكمة النقض خلال
ثمانية عشر يوما من تاريخ إعلانه بالقرار .
